Dr Kyle Lisenby D.M.D- Associate Dentist

Dr Lisenby is very excited to be a part of the clinical team at Long Branch Dental Group!  He has been practicing dentistry in mid Missouri since 2008, but his roots are in a small central Illinois town where his family farmed and worked in healthcare.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from University of Illinois and then graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2006 near the top of his class.

Dr. Lisenby attended a residency program at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where he gained hospital training in many advanced surgical procedures including IV sedation, placement of implants, and removal of wisdom teeth.  To be at the forefront of dental care, Dr. Lisenby travels all over the United States each year to attend the best continuing education programs in dentistry and has completed several hundred hours of coursework under some of dentistry’s most respected instructors.

Dr Lisenby married his sweetheart, Andrea, in 2007.  They have two daughters, Noelle and Logann, and one son, Jaxon.  They are active members of The Crossing Church in Columbia.  Dr Lisenby’s other interests include fitness, reading, bible study, documentary films, and finding great trails to walk with his wife and kids.

Just a few things we find interesting about Dr. Lisenby…He is a past president of the Columbia Dental Society, lobbies congress for dental patient rights in Washington DC, provides free dental care for Special Olympics and Missouri Mission of Mercy, and travels on mission trips in Jamaica and Honduras to provide charitable dental care.
